How to Lose Weight
According to a survey,it is a an empty bank account ,an empty fuel tank and a obese size of body that people never want themselves to end up in.People spend billions of dollars every year to lose their extra pound they have added on their body.But here are a few tips (free of cost) to help you lose those extra pounds. 
FOLLOW THESE TIPS PATIENTLY TO LOSE FAT AND START LIVING….
1. Avoid junk food: Stop eating junk food. It only makes you gain fat.
If you can’t resist eating it,eat it only once a week and after that go for a long walk,if not exercise.
2. Avoid fried food: Don’t eat fried food but boil your food.They can also lead to number of side effects such as Heart disease ,lack of concentration ,lack of energy and high cholesterol.
3. Eat Breakfast: Within one hour of getting up ,have some food like almonds and a glass of milk .Eating breakfast helps getting the metabolism started.
4. Eat fish and chicken: Fish and chicken is low on fat and can make an excellent weight loss diet. but avoid fat fishes.
5. Drink water : Drink atleast 7 to 8 glasses of water daily.
6. Eat fewer carbohydrates: Eat less pasta and bread.They contain carbohydrates which makes you fat . Infact, your diet should be rich in proteins.
7. Small and frequent meals : Eat small meals at regular intervals of time.
8. Exercise a lot : Doing cardio exercises is probably the single most important thing you can do to get flat stomach. They burn far more calories then stomach exercises like crunches or leg lifts. When you do cardio exercises your body will burn calories and when you burn more calories then you consume you will be losing fat, stomach fat included.
